Refund policy
14-Day Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order and return your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.
You can submit a return, exchange or cancellation request by:
- logging in to your customer account and submitting a request; or
- contacting us by email at info@rurikfightgear.com.
Simply returning the parcel or failing to collect it does not constitute a cancellation.
Returns & Exchanges
After notifying us of your return, the products must be returned within 14 days of submitting your cancellation or return request.
Returned products must be in their original condition and handled only to the extent necessary to determine their nature, characteristics and functionality.
Please make sure that all original packaging, labels and tags are included whenever possible.
The customer is responsible for all direct costs associated with returning or exchanging products.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your shipping receipt until your return has been processed.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product, please submit an exchange request through your customer account or contact us at info@rurikfightgear.com.
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with the exchange.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement product is unavailable, we will contact you to arrange an alternative or refund.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process the applicable refund using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
In accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, refunds will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we have received your cancellation notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned products or you have provided proof that the products have been sent back.
When exercising the statutory right of withdrawal, the original standard delivery cost will be refunded. If you selected a more expensive delivery method than our least expensive standard delivery option, the additional delivery cost will not be refunded.
If a returned product has been handled beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics and functionality, we reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to any reduction in the product's value from the refund.
Cancelling an Order Before Dispatch
If you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, please submit a cancellation request through your customer account or contact us as soon as possible at info@rurikfightgear.com.
If the order has already been dispatched, it must be returned in accordance with the return instructions above.
Uncollected Parcels
Failing to collect a parcel does not constitute a return or cancellation of the order. You must notify us separately if you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
If a parcel is returned to us because it was not collected and no valid cancellation notice was submitted, we reserve the right to charge the customer for the actual costs incurred, including the original shipping costs, return shipping costs and reasonable handling costs.
A handling fee starting from €25 may apply, depending on the actual costs incurred.
Faulty or Incorrect Products
If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect product, please contact us at info@rurikfightgear.com before returning the product.
Statutory rights relating to defective products are separate from the 14-day right of withdrawal. If the product is faulty or incorrect, return costs for an approved claim will not be charged to the customer.
