These Terms of Service apply to all purchases made through the Rurik Fight Gear online store. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. General
Rurik Fight Gear is an online store operated by Phoenix Trading Finland Oy.
These Terms of Service apply to the use of our online store and to purchases made through it. Our sales to consumers are governed by applicable Finnish consumer protection legislation.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights granted to consumers under applicable law.
2. Products and Product Information
We aim to provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products, including descriptions, images, prices and availability.
Product colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device, screen settings or manufacturing variations.
We reserve the right to correct obvious errors in product information, pricing or availability. If an error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Products are subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will notify you and refund any payment made for the unavailable product.
3. Prices and Taxes
All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include applicable Finnish VAT unless otherwise stated.
Any applicable shipping costs are added at checkout. The total price of your order, including applicable taxes and shipping charges, will be displayed before you place your order.
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
4. Orders
By placing an order through our online store, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order.
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there is a justified reason to do so, for example in the event of an obvious pricing or product information error, suspected fraud, misuse of the online store or product unavailability.
If we cancel an order that has already been paid for, the applicable payment will be refunded.
5. Payment
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.
Payment services may be provided by third-party payment service providers. Their own terms and conditions may also apply to the use of their payment services.
The total amount payable, including any applicable shipping charges, will be displayed before the order is confirmed.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We currently deliver orders within Finland only.
Available shipping methods, shipping costs and other delivery terms are described in our separate Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Orders are usually packed and dispatched from our warehouse in Finland on the next business day. Delivery times after dispatch depend on the selected carrier and shipping method.
7. Cancellations, Returns and Exchanges
Consumers generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases, subject to the exceptions provided by applicable law.

The Returns & Exchanges Policy forms part of these Terms of Service.
8. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect product, please contact us at info@rurikfightgear.com as soon as possible.
Our responsibility for defective products is determined in accordance with applicable Finnish consumer protection legislation.
The statutory rights relating to defective products are separate from the 14-day right of withdrawal and are not limited by our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
9. Customer Information
You are responsible for ensuring that the information provided when placing an order is accurate and complete.
Please check your name, email address, phone number and delivery information carefully before confirming your order.
We are not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by incorrect information provided by the customer to the extent permitted by applicable law.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Rurik Fight Gear online store, including texts, photographs, graphics, logos, trademarks, product images and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Phoenix Trading Finland Oy unless otherwise stated.
The content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used for commercial purposes without prior permission from the relevant rights holder.
11. Prohibited Use
You may not use our online store for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or in a way that could damage, disable or interfere with the operation or security of the store.
You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the store, its systems or customer information or introduce malicious software, code or other harmful material.
12. Limitation of Liability
We aim to keep our online store available and its information accurate, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the website.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect losses resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation would be prohibited by applicable law. These Terms do not limit consumers' mandatory statutory rights.

We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.

14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service when necessary, for example due to changes in our services, business operations or applicable legislation.
The Terms applicable to an individual order are generally the Terms that were in effect when the order was placed.
The latest version of these Terms will always be available through our online store.
15. Governing Law
These Terms and purchases made through the Rurik Fight Gear online store are governed by Finnish law.
Mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable to the customer remain unaffected.
16. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint regarding an order, please contact us first at info@rurikfightgear.com so that we can try to resolve the matter.
If a dispute between a consumer and Phoenix Trading Finland Oy cannot be resolved through negotiation, the consumer may contact the Finnish Consumer Advisory Services for guidance.
The consumer may also refer the dispute to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board (Kuluttajariitalautakunta) for a recommendation.
Consumers should contact the Consumer Advisory Services before submitting a case to the Consumer Disputes Board.
These provisions do not restrict the consumer's right to bring a matter before a competent court.
